Chester County Hypnosis is Certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists, the oldest and largest Hypnosis Certification organization in the world. We operate under the Professional Hypnotism Practice Guidelines established by the NGH and strictly adhere to the NGH Code of Ethics. Each client is given a copy of the Client Bill of Rights and asked to read and sign that they fully understand them before any services are performed. The Client Bill of rights provides specific information regarding the protection of our client's personal information and NGH contact information if the client has any questions or concerns.

While a hypnotherapist cannot, by law, provide the privileged protection afforded a doctor-patient or attorney-client relationship, we at Chester County Hypnosis hold your privacy in extremely high regard and only will discuss your consultations when:

a) Required to do so by a written, valid court order.

b) Given specific, written permission by the client.
