This is an extension of our teaching and comes in versions for either Left Handers or Right Handers, a bigi difference from other regimens. This is the correct way to do the exercises and allows you to get all the full benefits. The first part of the exercises, covered by this set, is useful at any time and is the training regimen during the first month.
